A few days ago I showed you my new pattern covers. Over the next few days I'm going to show you a bit more about each one!
First up is Traffic! This pattern was inspired by being stuck in stop and go traffic while driving on the 5 from San Diego up to Los Angeles!
Quilt Details
Pattern - Traffic, JBQ 127Designed by me
Quilted by Angela Walters
Started on 8/5/12
Finished on 9/13/12
Quilt measures - 52" x 66"
Here is the back cover showing you the 5 size options.
We were playing beat the clock with sunlight. Eventually we had a big enough window with no cards to get a bunch of good shots.
Here is the back of the quilt. It's very scrappy using leftovers from the front around my label.
I love this new quilt & hope you do too!!

I think this might be my favourite of your new releases this fall! Thank you for always providing us with lots of size options (and your patterns are written SO well!).
Love the pics Julie. This is my most favorite of all your new releases. I just love this quilt.
Absolutely gorgeous!
Honestly, I got upset with this quilt - and then I realized no, it's the memories of being stuck in traffic! LOL! I actually like the quilt and now that I've calmed down I think the name is adorable. It's really a cute representation of I-5 traffic.
Well done! Love the idea of taking its picture on the road...sorry it didn't work out better. I can imagine your quilt on a lawn in the middle of one of those big clover leaf intersections with traffic all around it.....or on the hood of a car that is stuck in a traffic jam.
Love the quilt!
This is a quilt I could have fun with. Just got your new book today. Very excited!
What a great design, Julie! I love it!!
So very pretty!
