Traffic

A few days ago I showed you my new pattern covers. Over the next few days I'm going to show you a bit more about each one!

First up is Traffic! This pattern was inspired by being stuck in stop and go traffic while driving on the 5 from San Diego up to Los Angeles!

As usual here are some of the photos from the cover photo shoot. You should see the look

First I headed over to the same area where I took the Yummy pattern cover.
If you look closely you can see the moon in this photo.
We decided it would be cool to take a photo of TRAFFIC... where traffic occurs!
Easier said than done! Cars kept coming and we'd have to move the quilt.
Pick up the quilt...
Put the quilt back down...
over & over!
We were playing beat the clock with sunlight. Eventually we had a big enough window with no cards to get a bunch of good shots.
Here is the back of the quilt. It's very scrappy using leftovers from the front around my label.

I love this new quilt & hope you do too!!
Traffic & all of my other new patterns will be available in a few weeks!

I think this might be my favourite of your new releases this fall! Thank you for always providing us with lots of size options (and your patterns are written SO well!).

Honestly, I got upset with this quilt - and then I realized no, it's the memories of being stuck in traffic! LOL! I actually like the quilt and now that I've calmed down I think the name is adorable. It's really a cute representation of I-5 traffic.

Well done! Love the idea of taking its picture on the road...sorry it didn't work out better. I can imagine your quilt on a lawn in the middle of one of those big clover leaf intersections with traffic all around it.....or on the hood of a car that is stuck in a traffic jam.
