i didn't have much time to sew this week.
and i went to the AQS show in lancaster.
& despite planning on not buying much... well you know how it goes....
fabric OUT
charity block fabric
pillow fabric
fabric IN
full moon forest fat quarters
you know i can't resist tula pink.. even if it has been hacked up into fat quarters
a slew of charm packs
a few scrap bags
nest fat quarters
nest yardage
french general yardage
and some more.
oh well.. there is always next week!
one of the coolest things i bought
were the "mini bolts" by polar notions
they are 1/2 the size of regular blots... & made of acid free plastic...
each one of these has 6 1/2 yards on them!!
it's gonna take some time to get my stash onto them
and in order... but it'll be worth it!
so this week
36 in
2.75 out
2.75 out
YTD totals
purchased: 277.29 yds
busted: 186.08 yds
net: -91.21 yds
what about you?
what about you?

I love your blog, but I think this is the first time I've commented! I LOVE all your fabric choices!Nest is so beautiful. Great pictures!
Holy fabric, Batman! (I'm a little jealous. Slightly.)
okay the mini bolts might just be the best thing since precuts.
for real.
:P
I love that charm pack! I will have to look for it!
This afternoon, I made a little pin cushion and a small (8" x 12") table topper using 2" squares. The binding is perfect, but I still think it is quite cute :)
Those are so awesome! That takes organization to a whole new level :) Christine
Yum, yum, yummy! I especially love those mini bolts!
Those mini bolts look so awesome!! I love how you can put the fabrics together and fold the ends so that you can see all that you have on the bolt.
Those fabric bolts are great--you did such a good job of getting the fabric on them, too! I may have to look into getting a few for myself.
Nest is such a wonderful collection. I love Tula, too!
Hello my Darling little "soulmate", lovely to meet you , the girls all say Hello!!!
Great purchases, and I know they will end up in some fantastic projects...or look nice on shelves in your studio. Do like the hexagon project too.
Gosh, those mini bolts are awesome! If they weren't little steep for my grad student pockets, I'd be on them in a heartbeat!
ok it's official, I am green green green with envy xxx
Your fabrics are absolutely beautiful!
well how can one resist all of those beautiful fabrics. I need to check out mini bolts at a shop around here, haven't seen them yet. I am sure they will be here, great idea. Hope the show was a good one, I want to get there someday!
Considering all the fabric that you saw, this doesn't seem like too much to come home with! I'm intrigued by the mini bolts.
can't wait to see how pretty your fabric stash will line up in those minibolts.!!

well my fabric mistress, if you're buying scrap bags, i'm going to keep ongoing scrap bags in the house for you. you'll have fabric treats waiting for you each time you come over and i've got 2 quillows to finish in 2 months. oh babyshowers bring may flowers.
