Sunday, March 21, 2010
i've done a lot of sewing this week.
but apparent most of it has been on projects where i already counted the stash out.
no fun!

8 fat quarters for a quilt for elijah
{yes another quilt}
i spoil him!

they can be seen in the back right corner.
frogs...turtles.. and some blues...greens..and brown.
i bought them week 3 of this year.
in the "road to cali" stash report
you know... the one that put me in the negative really bad!

here is a sneak peek.
the top is done.
and half quilted.

so this week
zero in!!
3.33 out

YTD totals
purchased: 241.29 yds
busted: 183.33 yds
net: -57.96 yds

what about you?
and go check out patchwork times to see how everyone else is doing on their stash report

Oh, I love that quilt! He's going to love it, too, with that snuggly fabric on the back! Hey, your totals are dropping like a rock! I cleaned my glasses because I thought I wasn't seeing it correctly -- ZERO purchases this week! Waytago, kiddo!

Can't wait to see all those zig zags! Frogs hopping up and down - side to side - sounds super cute!

I love zig zag quilts.. never made one though! I don't have the guts to count what I've bought... I'd scare myself.

He will love his new quilt especially since his Aunt Julie made it for him. I am sure he will tell me it is a frog over and over again and then tell me rippit!

Can't wait to see your finished quilt! Congrats on "zero in" that must be difficult to achieve :)

Reading this post reminded me about all of the fabric I have been putting “IN” for the past few months. I went through it last night, holy guacamole! You are doing good getting fabric “OUT” though, awesome!
