RED and it´s my favorite!!!

Dorothy said...

Not nearly enough browns...

faith said...

neutrals. tans, creams, grays, blacks.

Greta said...

Orange is my favorite color and it shows in my stash. There are actually two colors I don't have a lot of. Red and purple, for a long time I thought it was because there weren't many good purple prints out there but I've found a lot of them lately. I need to increase both of these but I have a hard time buying fabrics if I don't have a specific plan thats what makes winning it even better :)

Somer said...

I don't have enough greens or oranges. Great giveaway!!

Not nearly enough red. Thanks!

Yellow! I'm only just starting to enjoy using it!!

I'm missing all the colours in my stash since I've just started quilting. Great giveaway! Thanks!

I don't have much on the turquoise shades. I really like it and have seen alot of cute pink and turquoise quilts around lately. Thanks for the giveaway. quiltexas@gmail.com

i love all colors, but really only have black and white in my collection.

Mama Spark said...

Brown, absolutely brown. I can never find one when I need it.

Martina said...

I don't own orange in my stash. I never was drawn to orange. But strangely I really love the fabricline sunkissed and this just so surprises me! Perhaps some day i will also find some orange in my fabricstash!
Thanks so much for your give away!

Purple! I was recently making a
30's print sampler quilt, and had a really hard time coming up with enough puple/lavender.

sophie said...

I'm with you. As much as I love ORANGE, it is the least represented in my stash. Yellow is a close second. I love having my fabrics sorted by colors--it makes it easy to see that I really don't any more of some colors and should be on the eye out for some others ... like ORANGE.

Erin M. said...

I'm heavy on Blues and Greens and with girls in the house now, I'm heavier on pink than I would be on my own. What I find I'm missing are orange, purple and yellow. Thanks for the giveaway.

JuneBug said...

Greens are lacking. Browns too. I seem to lean towards pinks and purples. I'd love to win the strips - I have a strip quilt in mind soon! And I have to say - your blog helped me motivate and complete my first ever real quilt:
http://junebugworld.blogspot.com/2011/05/pips-quilt-completed.html

and I am thrilled to be right under you on the SMS giveaway list :)

Christina said...

Oh I have to say Fuchsia is my fav and I have NONE... so Fuchsia is definitely under-represented in my stash.... I need to fix that stat

Stephanie said...

I am so new to sewing that the only color in my stash is the brown for the blanket I am making right now. :(

Erica said...

My stash is lacking in blue - not the lighter blues or ones that could be called aqua/teal/turquoise, but pure blue, like the Indigo colorway in Prince Charming (must get some!)

Pat V. said...

Oooh, Julie, these strips are so yummy! I would say I lack purples in my stash.

Erin @ Dog Under My Desk said...

These strips would be perfect for a quilt with little squares! I like purple and blue and I have tons of it, but I never seem to have the right purple and or blue when I need it. Even though pink is probably my 3rd favorite, there is so much great pink fabric out there I have plenty. So I definitely need more blue and purple! Thanks for the chance to win!

Brittany said...

Thanks for the great giveaway, all those fabrics are super cute. I usually quilt with very bright colors, so the one that is most under-represented would probably be purple. :-)

BFromM said...

Orange. I don't have much orange.

Sara said...

I always am in search of more yellow prints that I like!

Heather said...

Purple and orange are probably the most under represented in my stash!

VickiT said...

What a great bunch of fabrics you have to give away. So pretty. The most underrepresented fabric in my stash surprisingly enough is my favorite color of purple. I'm finding myself doing the very samme thing I've done in decorating our home. I'm so afraid of painting the entire inside of our home in purple that I haven't got even one room that's purple. LOL Even my couch that I special ordered about 9 yrs ago I had originally planned to get in a rich purple color but then changed my mind and ordered Eggplant instead. TOTALLY regret that since Eggplant in a dim room appears to be brown. ewwwwwwww SO not what I wanted.

andrea creates said...

i think my stash could use some more orange too!

Rosemary P. said...

I'm very minimal in the neutral department as well as the solid department. Lovely giveaway!

I love fabric bundles (I'm nervous about trying to match fabrics online) But I'd like to have more small patterns on-hand to supplement the bundles

Leisel said...

hmmmm. . . at the moment i don't have many colors of fabric. i have been good and not purchased much lately. but gray and red seem to ones i look for and don't find.

thanks!

Jodi Ingram said...

Purple and Gray are both DEFINITELY under-represented in my stash. I need to start picking up some yummy fabrics in those colors. I'm just more attracted to greens, blue, and bright reds and yellows.

Thank you !

Alicia said...

I am lacking in solids of all types. How can this be with all the great bundles popping up? Anyway, I think some browns would be much needed!

I could use a tad more of the brown/tan family....for contrast. Thanks for the chance to win.

Definately blue, I dont know why, its not that I dont like it, but I just dont buy much of it. And yellow, but that because I dont like it so much :o)

Purple! I like purple but until recently, there wasn't much to choose from.

I've recently started to gather fabric for a subway quilt I'm working on and am having such a hard time finding grey fabric. Please pick me!

Black! I wanted to make a pillow the other day and wanted a dark background. I pulled out the tub marked "Grays and Blacks" and nothing! Lots of grays but no blacks.

CJ said...

As much as I love RED, I don't seem to have very much of it in my stash. I am not a fan of purple and probably have NO purple fabrics.

I'm just getting started so I don't have much of anything in my stash, but bright bold colors are missing, I've done mostly baby things and have lots of pastels

As the mother to only BOYS.. I'd have to say Pink. I don't buy nearly as much as I'd like.

britt said...

Hi there!
Well, I have very little purple fabric. As in MAYBE two purple prints. Purple just isn't my color! Thanks for the chance to win. robobritt at gmail.com

Sam said...

Reds are definitely my most under-represented. Next are the purples. I have been attracted to lots of pinks lately, so I need to regain some balance in the stash!

edeenut said...

I love red but I think the reds are lacking in my stash. I need to do some thing about that.

Kat said...

Warm colors are under represented. I have no orange and no yellow.

Adele said...

Like you I love orange but when recently re-organizing my stash realized its my smalles stack of fabric.

definitely green - I love it but have not stashed much.

MOMCAT14C said...

LOL, Yellow and pink are definitely under-represented in my collection about equally! I love blues and greens, and tend to gravitate towards them. Great give-away!

Linda

Joy said...

Gray. I absolutely adore gray fabrics and I really don't have that many.

Tamie said...

I don't have enough different yellows. You know you usually don't use a lot of this color but when you do you need just the right one. Thanks for participating in the giveaway day. You have such yummy gifts.

Catherine said...

orange. I can never find orange prints/colors that I like. then wehen I want to use it in a quilt, I can't!

Jill Chapman said...

I struggle to find bright yellows. I only seem to be able to find pastel or mustardy yellows but I really love bright yellow like the solid in the picture

Unknown said...

Woah! I love this giveaway, Julie. I like color and to see them all spread out like that. It's so pretty.

That being said I don't really have a stash so I need all the colors of the rainbow. lol. But I have a feeling I'll use the cool colors (blues, greens, purples) faster then others.

p.s. my email is khsmiles(at)juno(dot)com

Joanna said...

I'm decidedly missing solids and neutrals! I have no whites, no beige, no natural linen (what I REALLY want!), nada! I could sew a mountain side of villages clothes from all my prints but, though I love them, no solids to speak of!!

Melanie said...

Yellow. Thanks for the chance! thurbs8(at)yahoo(dot)com.

I love all the polka dots, and seriously I don't have any... I love blue and I've got lots of different blues but I am quite short of reds which I kind of like.
Thanks for the opportunity

Mare said...

Yellow is missing in my stash. And very little blue.
Thanks for the chance to win.

Nanbon44 said...

would you believe black and white... I have my fabrics by color and the black and white drawer hold s the least amount... then the tans... might be because I use them the most... there is a pattern I want to make and it is all black and white or white and black fabrics...

Aleta said...

My daughter's favorite color is purple and I tend to use a lot of it. I don't have much of that right now. I am also having a hard time finding grays.

Rachel D said...

For some reason, I haven't bought any brown fabric, so that's mine!

Heather A said...

Fabulous giveaway! I have so wanted to try quilter's linen and these basics are so much more than basics to me!

Probably blue is most lacking from my smallish stash. I have turquoise but not much real blue. I attribute that to our winter climate where warmer colours seem more attractive.

The Feisty Redhead said...

I have almost no yellow fabric at all! I think it's because it makes me look dead when I wear it, so I just stay away from it entirely!

Meg said...

I think it's a tie between purple and orange. I have maybe 5 prints in each color--it's so sad!

WoolenSails said...

That is true, I love green and that is what I need more of. I guess it is because I use it so much;)

Brakmack said...

Awesome giveaway, Julie!!! I just looked through my stash last week for quilting bee blocks that needed my stash. I really don't have a lot of grey. Lately, grey seems to be a new favorite so that is one color that is underrepresented in my stash. Lovely picture of all those scrumptious fabrics!!!!
Cristina

Kristy said...

I have absolutely no purple.

Terrie said...

I would have to say purple but it would be closely folloed by grey.

Erin said...

Pink is the fabric I have the least of, even though I have 2 little girls!

I have very little white and pale neutrals in my stash... guess I'd better stock up, even tho they don't catch my eye!

I would say that green and orange are probably the most underrepresented in my stash. I have way too many pinks too. Thanks for sharing!

Kacey said...

Yellow and I have a difficult relationship. Ha.

I don't have much red - my stash leans towards blues!

Sara Fiedler said...

Blues are definitely missing from my stash. I wonder why. Oh,and I really like the look of the quilters linen. I have not seen any in our one quilting store here in Israel :).

Jeff said...

I realized last week that I don't have many neutral colors in my stash. Shades of browns or grays is mostly what I need to start collecting for my stash. Looks like this would be a good start!!

Jessica Jo said...

I've found that purple and yellow are not enough in my stash. May that be because I enjoy sewing with them more and use them more than the others that get stuffed in there?

Mellissa said...

I have lots of colorful fabric in my stash, but I don't have many neutral shades, no browns or tans or grays. How strange, right? I'm just all about color. So I LOVE this giveaway! What an awesome quilt these strips could make.

I'm definitely shy on Greys and oranges!

Orange, I think I have only one or two tiny pieces of it! Oooh, maybe this gives me a reason to go fabric shoping! I'll just tell everyone that I'm out of orange and I can't be missing such a wonderful color!

Christine said...

I tend to buy fabric for a project that I want to start instead of having a large stash. So basically every color is underrepresented in my stash cause I don't really have one.

Megan said...

Hm, I think I'd have to say orange, or brown? I'm more of a green and blue kind of girl, so the earth tones are very underrepresented! Thanks for a fantastic giveaway!

Heather said...

I haven't had the chance to really build up my stash yet. I'd say what is most missing from my stash though are bright spring colors like blue and green. Thanks for the giveaway!

Inoticed recently I have very little gray. I am working on the problem with a smile on my face.

Cindy said...

Oddly enough, I don't have enough blacks. The one color I need to sometimes blend things together and I seldom have one piece of black that will work with the overall pattern. Hhhmmm...
