Definitely not underrepresented is red, white, and blue, and black, and green. I would have to say yellow, not much of that around here! Thanks!

pippinsequim said...

That selection is amazing! I totally need those "basics" strips.

The most under-represented color in my stash is probably... purple. I hardly buy any of that. The most over-represented color is pink, because I don't like it much but a plethora of nieces have encouraged it to blossom in my stash.

Unknown said...

I would have to say orange.

Rachael said...

I need neutrals in my stash - not that I have much of one though!

Binks said...

my stash is a bit lacking on subtle prints and patterns, but i find i never have any red.
i'm not a big fan of red, but i need it at times and i never have it.

Jenny Bartoy said...

I am sorely lacking in yellow fabrics. I seriously need to stock up.

Thanks so much for this fun giveaway! What a cool colorful stripey quilt these pieces could make!

Rosa said...

I noticed yellow, purple and low orange. Thanks for doing this giveaway.

Christina said...

I just tried to pull some purple fabrics and realized I only had 4. Purple fail! Thanks for the giveaway Julie!

i DO NOT HAVE MUCH GREEN IN MY STASH.

Unknown said...

Purple, not my favorite or maybe I just don't know how to use it.

Nicole said...

I don't have much of a stash yet, but right now I don't have a lot of neutral colors. Thanks for the great giveaway!!

naturemomm said...

I could use some more brown, actually.

Anonymous said...

I'm still in the process of planning my first quilt composed of orange, turquoise, brown and olive. I've managed to amass a lot of oranges, one of my favorite colours, but browns and olives are sorely missing.

I have managed to quilt placemats and a few pot holders. A first quilt is so intimidating!

One block at a time...

tusen said...

I don't really have stash to speak of so I can safely say that almost every colour is seriously underrepresented.

Audrey said...

I think I don't have enough purple in my stash. Thanks for the giveaway!

Ros said...

I find that i never have enough of cream fabrics. probably because I use them a lot as they go with most colours

ratty said...

DEFINITELY not enough turquoise/aqua, even though it's been one of my favorites for years :)

I have a lot of orange, yellow, and green in my stash - what probably goes unnoticed in my stash are the red/pink ones!

thanks!

I have almost no grey. Purple is also underrepresented.

Sweet Sugarlee said...

I want and need more grey in my life!

I probably don't have a lot of pink or purple.

Pat Kelley said...

Brown - from creme/tan to deep chocolate

KatieQ said...

I am low on warm colors like orange and yellow. I've never been a fan of orange, but lately I find myself drawn to it.

Anonymous said...

Orange. And green -- I like only a few shades (must be BRIGHT and not muddy).

@pril said...

I think the color that is really lacking in my fabric collection is orange.

Jessica said...

I have a small stash, so most colors would be underrepresented. :)
Love these fabrics though.

Crafty Moira said...

Most underrepresented is definitely yellow. I like yellow, I just never seem to buy it! Blues and purples I have loads of! Would love to win this great stash!

Diana said...

I'm in need of shades of grey! Thanks for the giveaway!

Karen said...

I don't have any orange... must rectify that! Thanks for the chance :o)

Cindy said...

Would have to say oranges and neutrals- could use more of both! Thanks!:)

corina said...

I have very few yellows. The ones I do have are very deep golden ones. I'm missing the lemony yellows.

Kelly said...

It's a three way tie between orange, yellow, and grey. They're all colors I love, but for some reason, I don't have that much!

Lucky Duck Dreams said...

Orange and I am always looking for ones that appeal to me.

I could use more white, actually...Thanks for the chance!

Yellow beyond the shadow of a doubt is the most lacking color, Don't know why.

Emily R. said...

I've been quilting for about 6 months, so I'm in desperate need of ALL colors!!! =)

Petra said...

I am new in the quilt world so my stash isn't that big but I do like orange and still don't have a singel orange fabric. fransansisco@hotmail.com Thank you for the chance to win.

Yellows and reds are pretty underrepresented in my stash. For some reason I am always drawn to blues and greens.

chancyf (at) gmail (d0t) com

Pinky said...

I would say yellow and green are most unrepresented....

Ellie said...

I need more yellow in my stash but I like all those fabrics!

giggy said...

I think orange would be the one least represented, I love it, but seem to have less of that, and greens also...love this fabric, so proud of you young women who are making such a huge difference in the quilting world!!

Anonymous said...

Wow thanks for the great giveaway. I'd have to say the color most lacking in my stash is blue. I love turquoise so there's plenty of that. Just no actual basic blue. Thanks for the chance to win!

Dorothy said...

I store all of my fabric stash in color coordinated plastic storage boxes. I have two each for reds (and pinks) and blues, one of yellows (and oranges), and one of greens. But my purples and grays are in one box, with the purples outnumbering the grays. Grays, then, are my least used stash color. Actually, I can't ever remember ever using grays in a quilt.

Joan and Kevin said...

I love all the colors. Thanks for the giveaway.

Sandi said...

I don't have much yellow or solids.

Sue said...

Having moved house 6 months ago I had to reorganise my stash and found that autumn tones were the ones missing. Rust, yellow, gold to name a few.

Kathleen said...

I don't really have many blues...thank you for the giveaway..

mjb said...

I do not have enough orange. Always picking up pink and purples for the little granddaughters. Thanks for the giveaway and your blog. LOVE it:)

Laura said...

Without doing an official count I think black is the most underrepresented colour. I don't think I've ever bought black fabric!

Unknown said...

I have virtually no red in my stash. Red is really I color I love, too. I'll have to work on that I guess.

Rose said...

Wow! I don't have any yellow! I can't wear yellow. Maybe that is why.

Cathy said...

I am pretty new to quilting and hate to admit it but I am lacking in orange, yellow, green and violet fabric in my stash. Was I supposed to pick just one??? OK, I just peaked and I do not have any orange or yellow fabric, nope, nada, not even a scrap. Boy, I had better get shopping, huh?!

Kasia said...

Purple is the most underrepresented fabric in my stash and I love the color!

Aili said...

I love green...but I never buy it (in fabric or in ready-made clothing). Why is that??

Nora said...

Blue -- but bright blue not baby blue!

Rachel said...

Yellow, for sure!! Thanks so much for joining the Giveaway...I loved finding your blog!

Canadian Kristin said...

I do not have enough of anything in my stash as I'm still pretty new and am trying super hard to not accumulate mystery bits but rather purchasing for projects. Lest that sound persnickety, let me assure you I have a lot of 'project' piles stashed around my sewing room! lol The colour I am always searching for is yellow!
Thank you for the chance to win this fabulous giveaway!!!

Annaliese said...

My dear sthas is small to begin with, but desperately needs some mroe yellow and aqua. You've got some great fabrics in the photos! Would love all of them!

Purple. Definitely purple. I have exactly 2 pieces. So sad. Thank you for the yummy give-away!

Princess T said...

Great giveaway! I always find myself buying blue fabrics... despite the fact that I have no blue in my house!

Andi said...

There is never enough red in my stash because I keep using it all up!!

Tawny said...

I would say that orange is under represented in my stash. And it's my favourite colour! yikes!

Anne said...

I would have to say orange, just started to love this color lately and really need to fill in my stash with some!

Kerri K said...

Neat giveaway... my mind is already whirling with possibilities. The most underrepresented color in my stash is probably red... closely followed by yellow. I've been trying to add both of these colors, but it is hard when I am drawn to blue and green all the time!

Carol said...

I think that I may be just like you, I love orange, but I never have enough. I also love black and nevr have any of that either.

Marcia W. said...

My mother is the one with the major stash (scraps) from more than 50 years of sewing. We've found that we have a deficit of yellow and orange quilting fabrics. Thanks for the opportunity to win some "good" stuff that isn't aged.

Sarah said...

Every color is missing in my stash! Well that's just because I haven't managed to build a stash yet so I could really use some help :)

webmailaddress2 said...

I have a lot of pink that I have trouble cutting into, a lot of blue and green that I have cut into, but not a lot of brown.

Kelly @ Vintage Fabric Studio said...

I wish I had more greens and blues. my little red, pink and orange box is overflowing! Thanks for the giveaway!

Ms. De said...

These strips are beautiful!! When I looked at my stash I couldn't believe I was low on green's...how did that happen???

Ladybug said...

Despite brown being in nearly every quilt I've made I don't have hardly any in my stash.

Kadybug said...

yellow is not represented in my stash. I use it up when I get it. :(

I am short on yellow and orange. I love those colors - I just don't have a lot of them in my stash!

Orange, although I've collected more for an orange quilt.

Sarah said...

definitely red-- every time I get some, I immediately use it up! thanks for the opportunity!

SingleGirlQuilts said...

My stash is not very big (yet) but the most under-represented color would have to be red.

Sarah Craig said...

I probably have the least in orange - most of my fabrics are donated for our quilt ministry, and it seems that orange is not a highly donated fabric!

Lynda said...

you make me look - and it is red and grey - strange because I love both colors in a quilt.

Amanda said...

Ever since I had my daughter, my stash has taken a turn towards the pink and purple and I am seriously lacking in the blue department.

Deb said...

Yellow is the most underrepresented color in my stash; oh, that and gray... Thanks for the chance to win!

Sue Niven said...

I would say Yellow is the colour most missing from my stash

Candy said...

I have INTENSLY DISLIKED Lime Green for most of my life, but it seems to be sneaking into my quilts, a little bit at a time and even "I" can see that it makes them POP! I have very little in my stash, but it's slowly slipping in here and there!...Candy

Patty said...

I don't have very much yellow in my stash.

In Awe of Applique said...

there's not a lot of red going on in my stash...or purple for that matter!

Margaret said...

Purple. I rarely buy purple fabrics because it's hard to find just the right shades.

Foolish Feathers said...

I would definitely agree that i do not have very much yellow or purple. When ever i need yellow i seem to purchase what i need and quickly use the left overs!

ilovebabyquilts said...

I actually just went to check my stash so I could be honest! It's gray, with the runner up being purple. It's so hard to find purples I like. I dislike red purples and only like royals and blue purples, so it's tough.

Dara said...

I think that my least represented colour has got to be in the yellow and orange range. I have so much of the blues and greens and yellow and oragne work so well with them. Must leep this in mind.

Lori said...

I would say yellow - with green running a close second!

*Staci* said...

Green...I really don't like it and when I get some in a bundle of fabric I usually do a giveaway or swap to free my room of it. Maybe I should make a little quilt in green and see if it changes how I feel about it. :)

Cecilia said...

I would have to say that red is the fabric I have the least of. Thanks for the giveaway.

Joy M. said...

I don't have a lot of red in my stash. Thanks for the give away!

Anne said...

My stash is young and just barely starting to grow, but I'd say the color it most lacks is probably purple.

Nicci P said...

I would have to say pinks and purples are a little sparse in my stash. I think i just recently bought a little Kona because I realized I had absolutely nada resembling purple or lavendar in my stash. Don't know why....it's suh a pretty color, really!

Cougval said...

I have many colors in my stash...The color I don't have many of is neutral colors...go figure.

Lindsey said...

I don't have many reds and hardly any oranges...I'd love to win these scraps!

Yellow, I don't have much yellow.

Antonia said...

Probably yellows and oranges. I tend to have a lot in the range of greens to blues :) Thanks for the giveaway!

Yellow would be the most underrepresented color in my stash, although it's growing on me...

It makes me take a good look at my stash - not large - but keeps me dreaming of things to do and a long to-do list but anyways, it looks like I don't have even one fabric that is purple or any version there-of... violet, periwinkle, grape. Thanks for the opportunity to win some stash builders. srander2000@yahoo.com

Pink. It was not my favorite color until after my little girl was born. Therefore, I don't have much pink and sure need some more to add to my stash. Thanks for the chance.

Jennifer said...

I love lime green and it is very underrepresented in my stash. Where did all these burgandy fat quarters come from?

Catherine said...

I probably could use some yellows and oranges...

jennifer said...

I sadly don't have many greens. I don't know why because I love the color. Maybe the problem is that I use it first!

schmidt1016 said...

Yellow is definitely the one I have the least of. I don't know if I'm intimidated after hearing that it's a difficult color to incorporate into quilts, or if I just have a natural dislike for it.

I have very little greens and blues.

Surprisingly white is my most unrepresented. I bought some Kona Snow and Kona (another white) so that I would have something in the white line, but I would like to add a few white on white prints as sometimes they are just what is needed. Thanks for a chance at your giveaway.

I really don't like pink and purple, so tend to stay away from purchasing those colors, which is why I can't figure out how I have more of those than my favorite color orange!

I don't have many white on white or black on black. I have lots of blue and pink because they were the colors my girls loved.

Not much yellow or orange in my stash.

Gina said...

I don't have much in the way of pink or orange.
