Teaching this Summer

Just a quick head's up to let you all know about a few classes I'm teaching this summer. I'll be teaching 3 Saturday classes at Quilt in a Day.

I'm teaching Carnival & Firecracker on Saturday June 9th! You can pick which one you want to make & learn all about the Lazy Angle Ruler too!

I'm also teaching Come What May on Saturday July 21st! The key to this one is fabric placement so we will use design walls to audition fabrics.

...and last but not least I'll be teaching Hugs & Kisses and signing copies of my book "Skip the Borders" on Saturday August 18th!

Contact Quilt in a Day directly to sign up for the classes. If you have any questions you can e-mail me or leave them in the comments section.

I hope to see you soon!

Very cool! I was hoping maybe you'd have a class the same weekend as Comic Con, as i'll be in CA, but I'm still hoping to go by the Quilt in a Day store :)

Lex, I actually avoided that weekend as my Brother & family will be in town to go to Comic Con. I'll still be in the area, just not teaching.

Wow, that's amazing that you will be teaching there. I wish I lived nearby. Good for you, I'm so proud of you!!

Great news! I pulled out my Hugs & Kisses pattern to make with a stack of Salt Air I just got. Wish I could take the class with you! o:)

ha! Lex had the same thought as I did!

Oh well. I'll just have to dream about these classes from afar. :)

Yea, we're not doing the con on saturday, so I was trying to convince my hubby (and the kiddo) to drive up to the quilt shop, which I think is cool anyways as I watch the quilting show on PBS on saturdays, but I thought it would be awesome to get to make a quilt too.
