i'm all about wip's these days. that said, i'm working on a string quilt i started six years ago made of pastel asian prints.

Well I'm working on far too many projects at once, but I did just do some sewing on my bottled rainbows ticker tape quilt as you go, quilt along. I did three blocks of green! Just in time for St Patty's day!
Awesome! It would be too long to tell you everything I'm working on right now, but the two main projects on my sewing table are Seaside Cotillion and the Diamond Batik quilt. My Beachside Cottage is on the longarm.

I am finishing a quilt that I started 15 years ago! I had gotten the binding half finished, but didn't know that you are supposed to quilt it before the binding. It turned out long and skinny, so I found some leftover fabric and am making a few more blocks to make it queen size. I am looking forward to having a finished quilt!

Hi Julie! I'm working on my daughter's quilt finally! It's from one of Happy Zombie's patterns.
I'm working on my very very first quilt ever! A snowball quilt with lots of pinks for my 2 year old.
Oh, those fabrics are so cute. Absolutely love them! I'm trying to decide between three patterns to help use up my stash. The blocks are quite big, 8 inches or 12 inches, so as soon as I make the choice I'll hopefully be starting a bed-sized quilt.
I have also posted this to my facebook, because I love this fabric and I want it, or at least to see one of my FB friends win it.

Well I need to make my newest little girl some fun smocked dresses for the summer so I am cutting them out today and sewing them as fast as possible so I can send them to a friend to pleat. Then I will start. So much work and so little time!

Oh geez! I'm working on a TON of projects right now! But the one on the forefront would be a quilt top that 6 generations of women in my family have worked on (It was started in the early 1900's and is made mostly out of feed sack). I am doing the hand quilting, and hoping that this quilt will be finished soon (since it outlived 3 women in its unfinished form).
I'm currently working on bee blocks... whole bunch due by the end of the month!

I'm working on a baby quilt, teaching an 8 yr old how to quilt. She is doing a great job. I am also getting ready to sew a quilt for Japan with my granddaughter (age 10). That fabric would come in handy for that project! Thank you!

I have several things going right now: blocks for my block lotto in red and white (disappearing 4 patch), 2.5" civil war blocks that I won online paper pieced...fantastic method using basting glue; I have the quilting to finish on a rail fence baby quilt and, I'm making some selvage potholders for my sister mom and me.
I'm currently collecting fabrics for a baby boy quilt, due in June.

Hi there!! I found your blog the other day through Lazy Girl Joan! I LOVE what you did with her ruler! I have her original Lazy Angle, but I think I might just need to replace it with the new one by Creative Grids! I'm presently at a Quilter's Retreat in Lancaster, PA and having a BALL! I just set up and am visiting with friends so far, but will soon be working on a Curved Log Cabin, a Buckeye Beauty, A BOM and hopefully a new purse!! We'll see how much I get done by Sunday!! LOL...

I'm working on a stack and wack using a Japanese fabric. The blocks are set on point and the main block is set within a star. I'm going to love it when it's done but it is taking a bit longer than planned, I keep getting side tracked.

I really love this fabric! Currently, I'm finishing up a king size Hello Betty log cabin style quilt. It is actually the first quilt I started, but it kept getting packed back up because I was worried I'd get burnt out on it. It's a lot of little strips!
