better late than never right?

i'm busy working on a new bake shop project for you...

which will be on the site this friday...

as long as i get this binding done tonight!

Ohhh, I can't wait to see what you have been baking!!! Friday is my b-day, that will be a sweet treat for me! Hee! Hee! I have a Make Life layer cake for Rachel's pinwheel quilt along and can't wait to see how the fabric looks when baked into something.

Looks intriguing! When you do applique, do you always put a layer of batting beneath the cut-out? Does this make the applique better in some way? Just curious!
