wip wednesday... its been a long day.

remember this?

now it looks like this...

and a finished 96x96 queen quilt top.
don't ask why i made it so big.
please don't.
one day i'll tell you... but not today.
edit --> {i didn't use a pattern.. it's my design.. and getting published.. which is why i can't show it to you yet!}
anyway its late.
the phillies are playing...
and i'm tired.

& first thing in the morning i'll be driving this top over to kim pope...
because as much as i love to quilt my own work...
96 x 96 scares me...
& this one is important...
so i'm gonna leave it to a pro...
{thank you again kim for squeezing me in!!}

more market pics tomorrow...

Whenever I make a queen-sized quilt, I always ask myself what the hell I was thinking. I'm still recovering from my last one lol

I have just begun a Queen size quilt for my daughter and each time I work on it I wonder why I had to make it so big. I can't wait to see the end result of yours as I love what I see already :)

Ooooooo I can't wait to see. Just discovered you ;)

Of course it's queen size. What else would you do with that much fabric? I usually fall for the king size. I'm an idiot! Looking forward to seeing the finished quilt.

What pattern did you use to make it so quick as busy as you have been?

Wow! That was fast! The colors are so pretty. Can't wait to see what magical thing you did with the bundle. I'll be standing by for more details about where to find it!

You will let us know when we can see it in print, right? Rooting for you and your Phillies. At least they can come home with a win under their belt.

That is so exciting! It will be great fun to see your own design published - and that sample looks like it will be beautiful. It must have been fun if you kept going all the way to 96"!
