it always seems to take longer than we think it will, but I'm impressed - I could never come anywhere near getting 300" of bnding done in 4 hours! Yay you!
I don't ever time myself with binding a large quilt because it's just plain ol' depressing how long my bum is on that couch hehe But 4 hours seems pretty quick... well done! :)
OK, so here's my question...did you hand sew the binding on the back? That's really amazingly quick...or maybe I'm just new at doing it so it takes me longer... Either way, I'm VERY impressed!
Do you hand sew the back of the binding or machine sew the whole thing? I think it would take me 3 years to hand-sew the back of the binding for that large a quilt. I tried machine sewing my last one and wasn't completely happy with the results, but it was DONE, so that made me happy. Great job, speedy!

Okay .. totally not fair.
The backing matches the binding and you BARELY peeked a few colors through ...
We're all sending you our quilts to bind from now on ... you super woman you :)

That was still pretty quick. Good job! Looking forward to seeing the whole quilt.
Still a speed-demon, compared to me! Nice job! And such pretty fabric--can't wait to see the whole thing!

I had the same thoughts as some of the other comments...all hand done on the back, or machine. You are impressive with your projects.
Looks great, well done! I find sewing on the binding is the relaxing part of quilting - and it means you're almost done!!!
Okay...that little sneak peek is so pretty I can't wait to see the front!
