Happy Anniversary
Hex N More!
She's 2 years old today!
Here's some fun info about the Hex N More, in case you haven't been acquainted with each other yet.
What makes this ruler so special is that you can use it to cut 4 different shapes in 4 sizes each!!
The ruler comes with FULL COLOR instructions.
All of the pieces can be cut from strips.
When the Hex N More was first launched, she had 2 full-sized quilt pattern and 3 little pattern companions.
Now she has 2 Block of the Month books (Toes in the Sand & Park Bench), 7 more full-sized quilt patterns, a companion ruler, the Sidekick, and a Mini Ruler little sister, Mini Hex N More! And other pattern designers are also using the Hex N More in their designs, too.
Hex N More makes some fun shapes. You can cut jewels, triangle, hexagons & half hexagons, all in four different sizes each!
Hex N More is a fabric strip friendly ruler. Here are some action shots of how she cuts some of her shapes from a strip.

And to celebrate today's Hex-iversary, I'm giving away a pattern prize pack!

I just bought my own HexNMore (finally) and planning to make a quilt that has hexagon shapes without Y seams.

susmelvin@comcast.net
I like it because there are so many different shapes which can be cut using this ruler.
I am keen to try this out. Sometimes cutting shapes with a normal ruler is just too hard and makes my brain hurt!
I have both your rulers. I've.used the Hex 'n More to cut hexagons. I've recently bought the Northern Lights quilt pattern and the Seaside table topper patterns.I'm eager to make them both. Keep the patterns coming!
I love my rulers of yours, that one included. I'm not going to admit I started using the sidekick ruler to cut fabric for the Night Sky pattern before I read the instructions and saw I wasn't supposed to make them as big as I was.. and you write such nice instructions too!
I have all your rulers but no pattern to try them except Northern !ights. Would love to try some other patterns

Happy anniversary to the Hex N More ruler!!!
The No.1 reason to love the Hex N More ruler? It makes it so easy to cut acurate pieces so everything comes together smoothly! I was able to put together this quilt (http://quiltoholiker.blogspot.no/search?q=hex) top in just a weekend using the ruler, and along with the Sidekick ruler, I'm having heaps of fun putting my version of your Park Bench quilt together (http://quiltoholiker.blogspot.no/search/label/%23ParkBenchQuilt).
I'd love to try out some more of your patterns!
The hex n more is my favorite ruler because it helped make my favorite quilt, toes in the sand
I like the Hex N More because of its "all-in-oneness". I didn't have to spend money on collecting multiple rulers for hexagons, and then triangles etc etc and then have to find somewhere to store multiple rulers amongst the regular ones I already have. I just had to buy the ONE to do everything which is nifty!
The ruler makes cool-looking quilts! Thanks for the chance!
I am loving my hex and more! All of your patterns look like so much fun. It's going to be tough to choose! 😀
Love my hex and more ruler! Made a hexie flower quilt with it. So eady. Basketgrams@hot.rr.com

I have never used either ruler -- but really AM eager to try them out as I get more and more obsessed with quilting. :) I need some hexis in my life.
I have never used this but would love to give it a try.
Both rulers and patterns are my skill builders. I'm part way through Toe in the Sand, and love my triangles. Once that is done, Park Bench is next. I've been working not only on the piecing, but fabric selection. Great learning challenges.
I haven't tried it yet, but man it would be awesome to cut anything involving angles with it. Those little lines on my straight ruler don't always cut it. ;)
I would love to make a Toes In The Sand quilt. This looks like a ruler I would use all the time.
congratulations on the hes-iversary. Eager to try the hex-n-more to expand my strip piecing horizons.
I'd love to try the hex n more because I've been eyeballing the snack time pattern for months! Super cute.
I luv the hex-n-more ruler because it's a fantastic tool that helps us create beautiful and unique quilts.
Love my ruler but haven't started my Parkbench yet! Love the fact you only need the one ruler to cut all the pieces. Parkbench is next on my list and would love all your other patterns as well. I will get them one way or another. Free is great too!!
I love to EPP and it looks like the hex n more is the next step to more imaginative piecing.
Love the Hex N More ruler - so many shapes that aren't the old squares and HSTs. Especially like that I can use it with my precut strips
