I recently purchased the Hex and More Ruler, took the "Candy Dish" pattern and had two pillows done in 2 nites, took them to a quilt meeting and received a lot of lovely comments. Now I am looking at the wedge shape and plan making a large star flower from it. Keep up the good work. Kathy

My favorite pattern is Ballerina. It is my favorite because it will be my first quilt. My goal is to start cutting out pieces next week! For someone who has always wondered "could I make a quilt like my mother...or even one day as complicated as my great-grandmother's old quilts", the simplicity of this pattern and its size give me confidence!

I would like the pattern bundle. :)

I love your Raspberry Dessert pattern. I'm really into simplicity that looks complicated, and playing with a limited color palette. Being that I've just started quilting, I'd love to branch out with some new patterns and techniques, so I'd have to go with the pattern bundle over the fabric. The ruler looks very interesting.

Unknown said...

I'm completely in love with Chopsticks. Loved it at first sight and love it still. It is a fantastic showcase for larger scale fabrics

Marg M said...

I really like science project I liked the solid print ratio with the other shapes.it was different to what I was seeing at the time. I think I will go fabric as I have an addiction and always seem to need more

I love snack time. I think it is because of the boldness of it! It just stands out so much! Not because of the colors you used, but because of the way you create large shapes with the use of small ones. Congrats on 4 years!

I just stared at the patterns for about five minutes unable to pick a favorite. I frequent the Quilt Asylum in McKinney, Texas and get to see samples of your quilts in store. I love Northern Lights because it's so striking in person, but they also have a sample of Traffic made up in Kaffe Fasset that is gorgeous. Then of course I love Science Fair. Also, I just picked up my third block of the month for your Toes in the Sand using Saltwater. I'm three months behind on making them, but I'll use the birth of my ten week old second child as an excuse. Since I already bought your ruler for that I'd love the fabric bundle.

Trish said...

My favorite is Science Fair! I love that it is not straight edges. Very cool! I'd like to win either bundle, but if I have to choose, I say bundle #1 :)

Sandi said...

I'm doing "Toes in the Sand" from the block of the month from Fons & Porter. I don't know what it is that draws me to it. Maybe it's the color combination or the stretching of my competence. I also love your book "Skip the Borders". Keep your inspiration coming. Thank you.

Unknown said...

As a self-taught quilter I DEPEND on your bountiful and generous teachings! Thanks for 4 years of devotion! I am in love with many of your patterns...you are so talented! Choosing a favorite I'd have to choose Science Fair. I love it when everyone looks at my quilts and can't figure out how I got the random shapes into the negative space without just appliqué-ing them on!! I would love to win the fabric bundles as I already have the Hex and More Ruler and 3 of your patterns! Thank you for being so generous and congrats on 4 years. Here's to MANY more!!
