I would make hedgerow blocks. Because I really want to try them, and this looks like the perfect fabric to do it with. I would off-set them with whites and complementary solids.

Oh my goodness...87 comments! How will I ever top some of them. Anyhoo, I think I'd like these fabrics and I'd make a BENTO BOX or a chinese coins quilt from them. I just finished both a Bento and Chinese Coins and I like how both showcase the fabrics nicely.

I would incorporate them into a "big shirt" pattern that I have loved over the years. I've made several blouses using quilt fabric...,it's kind of a patchwork technique and I get so many compliments on the blouses.
