Glad Bonnie reminded us to check your blog today -- love your patterns and colors.

This summer I want to do a wool project called Bonnie's Garden. It is the closest to solid fabrics I've worked with in years. Love to applique wools. Linda

I love making simple summer sundresses. I haven't in awhile as my body is out of shape and it's harder to find a pattern that looks nice, but I look forward to doing it again!

I have a simple paper bag reversible skirt pattern that I got from Create Kids Couture that is so easy and just the right amount of twirlly for little girl on a summers day (plus it is a free pattern).

Great Giveaway! My summer sewing project (challenge) is a boat cover for my DH. This sweet guy sends me back into fabric shops because I haven't bought enough! Looking forward to this project to do something big (18.5') and nice for him!

Wow - what a giveaway - I love solids and often teach with them because there is no distraction from pattern.
My summer sewing project will be to finish a batik quilt that needs a back and quilting. Have to learn a new machine to do it.

Ohhh. Ahhh! I love your patterns and this one is no exception! And the color choices are awesome too. I have ambitious summer sewing schedule. I'm a teacher and I have the summer off, so I'm planning to make eight quilts for my siblings. Thanks for the incredibly generous giveaway!

Hi Julie,

My favorite summer quilt was a storm at sea wall hanging I named Beautiful Storm at Sea, in honor of my father's childhood nickname for me when I cried.

This summer I'm planning make a star wall hanging, Northern Lights quilt and the mini Lotus, as well as whatever other mischief I can find to get into.

Sunshine and Breezes to you,

Marianne

Love making totes and pouches in the summer. Not as sweat inducing as struggling under the weight and heat of a quilt. Thanks! wonderlandbyalyce(at)gmail(dot)com
