i've been productive.

as you know i signed up for this...
and admitted 14.

since then i've been busy!

my sig swap blocks have been signed & mailed out...

i found time to quilt this for my mom..
its been just a top since i did this tutorial for you

i also finished this..
not a tree skirt.. but there is a secret inside...
i'll have the tutorial for you next week!

and i got this baby done...
she'll be on the bake shop for ya next week.

i love crossing things off on lists as finished!!!

so i guess that counts as 3 done.. 11 to go.
since i have to wait for the sig swap blocks to come back to me.

i have been working on lots
and like amy i have lots going on i can't share yet.
different kind of lots.
but good stuff.
anyway its hard to not show you & tell you everything.
but i promise as soon as i can.
i will.
;-)

so have you been productive??

Good luck with your wips! You are doing great! It's good incentive, isn't it? Although I must admit I'm feeling the urge to start several new things instead of finishing the old.

Wow! You have been busy! I've been sewing, but not showing as they are gifts. ;) It's that time of year!

Busy...busy...busy. I love the apple quilt. I may have to give that one a try.

Well besides brewing a human being from scratch, which of course will not be done by New years. I have kept your nephew alive despite his efforts to do irreparable harm to himself. In between I have even done a few loads of laundry. However if you only mean sewing I have gotten nothing accomplished, but bought new fabric to play with.

Glad you got the apple quilt done. The watermelons looked a little out of date on your Mom's wall.

Ack, Julie, you're killing me!! I have 4 UFOs on my list that really "need" to be done by the first of the year, for a variety of reasons. Aside from a baby quilt that has gotten scrapped as it refuses to cooperate, and a mini for a swap that still needs a label and binding, I've accomplished next to nothing! Here's to hoping I get something done once Thanksgiving is out of my way!

Yes, I have been productive! A little too productive. It is as though everything is coming together at the same time. I wish the quilts could take their turns.

I love all of the things you showed today, but esp. the skirt underneath your candles!

I haven't been as productive as I wanted to be! I went to a sewing lounge last weekend, to get some help with binding, and spent most of the time ripping out seams and restitching them! I do have a few things that I am working on though, nothing big, since I am new at this :)

I love the round table topper that the candles are on!

*sigh* I need to be MORE productive. Where's that time machine I've been asking for?

way to go! I've managed to knock of 2 of 7 myself. This challenge is just what I needed to keep me moving on old stuff! (course a few newbies are going to work their way in there too!)

You are doing well, I have done no stitching this week and I'm having withdrawals big time!!! I'm blog reading to get inspiration, and I always get that here! xo

Great job on the UFO's! It's such a good feeling... one I don't experience often enough! And thanks for mentioning the New Year Challenge - I missed it somehow but was planning on working on UFO's this week. Now I have some real motivation!
