I used Central Park by Kate Spain on the cover.
This quilt & I have had quite the journey. It was one of the first ones I designed with the Lazy Angle ruler but the last one that I made {so far!} For whatever reason I just couldn't find the perfect fabric to make it out of... so I kept working on the other designs. Then one day I had an "aha" moment and grabbed a Central Park Layer Cake and I knew it was the fabric for this design. I placed a quick order with Pink Chalk Fabrics for the borders & binding and got to work!
Lots of outtakes from this one... I tried many places to photograph it...
#2 A kid's play area
#5 I like this photo... but for the cover it makes you wondering what I'm looking at.
Let me set this up for you.
Here is a collage of a bunch of the outtakes.
In case you were wondering... I'm sitting on a bench made out of 2x4's that I made when I was around 10 years old. It still amazes me that it's in one piece!

Congratulations on all of them Julie! You must have worked SO hard to finish five beautiful patterns!
I love Central park too, its the fabric for the baby's nursery so maybe this will have to be a second or third quilt in the window seat! I think this is my favorite pattern (yea, I know I've said that everyday!)Copngratulations again Julie.
Such a pretty quilt. Great job, Julie. :)
Love all the patterns!!! Congrats Julie! :) And the outtakes are the best lol
Your new patterns are fun! I love the photos:)
What a super cool design! I love the design of the pinwheels, but I also love the design that the white fabric makes, sort of like a pedestal shape. Looks like it would be fun to make too!
My favorite picture of this quilt is the one on the rope ladder, well besides the goofy ones of you staying warm!
Great peek at all your patterns...I'll be on the lookout for them!
