A bundle of this and the brights would make an awesome solids only quilt or pillow or ANYTHING - that is what I would do with these I think. OR maybe a fun dark tone pillow would be fun with just this set by itself. O the possibilities...
WOW!!!What great fabrics! I guess I would make new placemates for my house and I would add very bright appliques!
Precuts...I have not used any yet so I am not sure. I would use some of them in a quilt that has a splash of color. Maybe some hexagons as well.....too many decisions.
I would match the solids with very bright and very patterned fabrics. I always fall in love with the couolrs and patterns and then end up with no solids to balance things up...

Have you been to Ashley's Modern Film Quilt blog? She made a pattern called film (or was it she's the one?).
Anyway, I might end up doing simple squares - I love the simplicity of squares.

I LOVE these colors and was smitten when I saw the the jellyroll the other day. I have been stock piling gray fabrics to make a gray tonal quilt for myself. I can't help myself anymore and just buy every gray fabric I like when I see it. I'm not sure what pattern I would use yet, but I'm getting anxious to make it so I'm hoping something will inspire me soon.
wow, the colors are gorgeous. I think I'd use them for a blanket, with a strip of patterned fabric.
I think these colors would make a great modern pillow. I love pairing gray tones with brighter colorso- it's a great way to add modern flair to more traditional prints.

Oh man, I can think of a million ways to use these. My sister just made a black and white quilt (http://kristylouscreations.blogspot.com/2011/10/finished-stephies-quilt.html), and I was pretty envious of it. Maybe I would use one of these to jump start that.
My sister is having a baby so I have baby quilts on the brain! I would us this with some cute flannels around the same color to make the quilt top and have a really soft minky fabric the same color as "ash" on the back to make a cute boy baby quilt.

I think V and Co. has a gradiated pleated pllow cover that would be perfect!
Humh.. at first thought I was going to respond "I would integrate them into like colored, but more textured prints for a lap quilt".... but then I started thinking... I wonder how they would stack up on their own... So I actually might lay them out on their own -- to see how it looks... and maybe through in a like colored Paisley (my favorite)...

I've got a scrappy bright quilt that I want to make but I want to use solids only for the background pieces. These would be perfect. By the way, I firmly beileve that medium grey or ash are the new neutral! Love them!!
I think I would mix RED and WHITE to these colors. It would make a striking solid quilt.

Oh my goodness, I just love the name of these prints. I think, in accordance, they would need to be used to make a super retro quilt. Maybe something that looks like a bunch of old film strips criss crossing each other, or frame boxes like you see the movie stills in. Wow, these would be fun to work with.
I've wanted to make a postage stamp quilt with all solids for a while now, so I think it would be great to use the jelly roll with one of bright colors.

Oh boy! :) I would use them to make a black and white quilt I have been dreaming about making for a couple of years now.
I'm not sure yet how I'd use these. I haven't worked with precuts much since cutting is my favorite part of the whole process! But it would be cool to have all those grays to play with.

I've been attracted to this collection for a while now. It constantly makes me stop while scrolling around on FQS. I think it would turn into some form of tonal quilt top, perhaps mixed in with a kona brights charm pack for pop.

Oh my! I have a sketch of a quilt in my notebook done entirely in greys. I was watching an episode of one of my favorite TV shows on Netflix (a cheesy little sci-fi series called Farscape) and I had to pause in the middle of a scene so I could draw a picture of the floor.
So cool! I haven't seen these precuts yet. I think I would use them for pillows and maybe a lap quilt mixed with my favourite bright prints.
These are beautiful! I would stitch them end to end and use them to frame a "light and dark" quilt I'm making for my sister.
I don't know, but I'd have a ball figuring it out! LOL
My next goal is to make something awesome for my son's room. I'd incorporate this into a quilt for him I'm sure!

I can always find a use for Kona solids especially these neutrals! I have never made anything in just solids so if I win I may do just that.

I think I would pick a couple colors...maybe aqua and orange and do a lot of square in squares in randome sizes and pick one of the greys to cut out larger solid squares...mix it up and just see what happens!;)
I'd mix them in with a new baby quilt for the newest little niece/nephew for me (coming in May!). These colors would be perfect since I have no idea what the gender will be... We'll see! Thanks!!
Oh what a fun lot of fabric! I know that I would start by making a couple interesting pillows using just these - in HSTs i think. A zig zag maybe. So fun!

It's such a sophisticated and beautifully subdued color scheme. My first thought was it would be a great choice for making a quilt gift for a guy friend, and then I thought, because I'm selfish that way, it would also be pretty to combine with some black and white prints I've been eying lately for myself.
I've got a black/white/grey with a spot of color quilt on my "want to make" list. This would be perfect for it!
I'd make a wall hanging or some improv-y blocks with a pop of color.
I might use the jelly roll along with a Moda Brights jelly roll to make another one of Rachel's postage stamp quilts. I think the greys and blacks would look neat against the brights. But then would I use black or white batting? Now that is the question. Hmmm.

Sweet! I saw on a blog that someone... somewhere... had made a quilt to look like poloroid photos with fussy cut images and I thought that was pretty cool. Maybe photo transfers of my favorite family pics into a snapshot quilt would be a project to tackle. You know... if I won...

I am making The Farmers Wife quilt but with a modern edge and I want to use grays, so this would be perfecy!
I would use them to make some interesting strip pieced blocks, maybe with just one more color - teal perhaps?

I love all of those colors and grays are soooo in now! They would probably match most of my other fabrics and I would use some of them with my Ruby pre-cuts.
What beautiful colour precuts...I would definitely put them in a quilt; but it would have to be one like Kaliediscope or Trip Around the World; where that colour contrast would pop out!! thanks for this giveaway!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love those fabrics! I'd likely use them to create a baby quilt for the friend who's having a boy, but wants mostly blacks and grays with just a little bit of colour. Might not be my choice (well, wouldn't!) but would work oh-so-well with these fabrics!

I just love gray! This is a wonderful selection. I think I would use it with some bright polka dots which I have been collecting.
I have a collection of black, white and gray prints, waiting to be made into a shades of gray quilt. One of the things that's probably holding me up in the process is that I lack some solids and some transitional tones. So I'd use these to complement the big old collection of crazy novelty prints.
I have been wanting to do a quilt with yellows, blacks, and grays. This would fit in perfectly with some of the yellows that I have been collecting for this project. Even if I do not win, I may just have to purchase these myself!

I just found these the other day and love it! I put it at the top of my wish list. I've always wanted to do a gradient quilt. I am quite partial to shooting photographs in black and white and this would be a perfect reflection from photography to quilting.
To be honest, I have no idea what I'd do with them, though I might well combine them with some bright coloured prints to make... something!

I am loving greys right now, my daughters are currently fighting over a quilt from dark greys with shocking pink sashing and pink/grey prints.
Hmmmmm...I've really been wanting to stoco up on graphic black/white/grey winter tree sillhouette type printed fabrics and make something with that. So I'd probably do a simple design with the solids of Silent Film and the wonderful stick-y (not sticky) spare elegance of bare trees. I don't even know.

I love these. My husband is a film lover so I think it would be fun to design a film strip inspired quilt for him. Maybe just the right size for snuggling under for our favorite Buster Keaton film.

I didn't realize they offered all of these grays together as precuts! I'd make a few items for our house (pillows, etc) since they match our color scheme so well!
Kind of difficult, I would try to use it with one of my favourite print fabric and play with positive/negative space.
I'm currently working on a black, white and yellow quilt. I have a yellow solid, but I think that the solids in Silent Film would make a stunning replacement to some of the prints.
