«Oldest ‹Older 601 – 706 of 706Hi Julie,
We just got a new couch and are re-doing our living room in grays (the couch is solid gray.) I would use these in a quilt for the new couch!
Thanks!
Sandy A
I love these colours together.
I've been wanting to make Elizabeth Hartman's Paint box quilt or AmandaJeans Film strip quilt. I can see these lovely grey's making a great start to making either of these quilts
I think a solid colors quilt a la City Quilts. Love those colors.
A gray tonal Modern Crosses quilt would be lovely!!
I think I'd use them to make a cartoon strip style quilt for a friend. Thanks for the giveaway!
I'd make some pillow and cover them with yo-yos made of these precuts!
Hello~
Oh how fun!
I would use these fabrics to go with my other colors choosen for whoever my
"Block Swap Adventure" partner would be! (depending on color's my partner would choose!)
Thank you for a great giveaway and for the chance!

I'd combine them with a bright jelly roll to make a nice big quilt :)
I would make a tote bag, some wristlets, a pillow.... I can think of lot's of things.... Thanks for another giveaway!
Love this colour scheme ... I think I would put towards making a queen size quilt for our bed based on black & white theme !! Perfect. Thanks for the giveaway.
Not sure, maybe an all solid quilt because I've never done one before!
yup! I definitely see place mats in my near future. LOL!
Not sure what I would make but they would be great colors to have on hand
Love the colors, I would add some brights and make a great quilt.
Oh how I could turn this into a quilt for my 12 yo son/ Thanks for the chance
Filmstrip pillow was posted a few weeks back on a site---gorgegous!
I don't have a specific pattern in mind but I would love to use it with some bold modern prints maybe with some orange.
Thanks!

I would add a bright print to make a quilt
I think it would be great to mix the grays with red in a very graphic pattern!
I think I'd like to find a neutral toile to use with the jelly roll. The layer cake and charm pack would work well with my black and white collection. Have a great weekend!
Love them! My son's high school colors and my daughter's college colors are red, white and black. I am always collecting red pieces - but great pieces of black & black tones are hard to find. What a great addition to add to my reds. I'm thinking stadium quilts, dorm room blanket, pillows, and more :0)
These would be destined for a couple of pillows for my sofa. Love the color combinations:)
I would make something very geometric with a splash of a single bright colour (acid green, or maybe fuschia.)
I would love to use these colors in my next quilt using the Jelly Roll QUilts book written by Pam & Nicky Lintott.
I am currently making my second Bento Box (or variation thereof) in black, white, grays, and one pop color (in this case gold). I would use the jelly roll to make # 3, with red as the accent this time.
I would love to do a quilt with these and different shades of yellow... one of my favourite combos
I would love to do a quilt with these and different shades of yellow... one of my favourite combos
I've been a big fan of Kona cotton for years and love using this fabric in my quilts. This fabric collection is beautiful, but my heart tells me if I were lucky enough to win I'd definitely use them to make a quilt for my niece. Her home is decorated in black/white and she has been after me for ages to make her a quilt that would work in her home. These fabrics would be perfect.

I think a Kaleidoscope quilt would come out awesome with this film strip group. Thanks for the chance to win...
i have been wanting to make the bloggers quiltalong in black grey and white
I'd use these greys with a patterned teal or aqua in a quilt! Thanks for a chance to win this great giveaway! :)
I would mix the lovely grays with some bright color, either yellow or red to make a baby quilt for my infant!
Julie ~ what a great give away! I love precuts because they always are a great kick start for a quilt!these are so sophisticated yet could be neutral in color that 1st I might make a triple rail or bargello quilt for my son. add some orange, gold & green prints & even solids & could use the charm pks or the layer cake to make a Halloween Quilt.add red and/or the very popular aqua to any of the precuts I could make a table runner or placements to go w/ my colorful Fiesta ware dishes! Oh such fun just writing about these imaginary quilts! Penny
I would mix these with my small group's scrap challenge!
Oooh, I know what I'd do. I've been wanting to make a log-cabin-ish quilt top in shades of gray and black, with just a few colored strips. It would feel like rainy days in the city.
What a wonderful giveaway! I don't have a single grey solid but have been watching with envy some of the nice quilts using them as a background lately. I think the first thing I'd use it in would be a new iPad case. Thanks for the chance!!
Knowing me I would do something modern or something traditional. But a Bargello or a string quilt would be pretty cool!
I recently saw a pillow tute from V and Co. that would be perfect for this fabric (I think she may have used the same Jelly roll).
I would mix it with bright colours and make a quilt for our living room.
I would finish the quilt for my nephew that has sat on my UFO pile for a while!
I would make some sort of random star quilt of multiple size and design stars, combining the graphics of the black, white grays with traditional quilt block design. And I would put a surprise bright piece of Kona somewhere.
Janyce
I would love to do a version of HST quilt with these!
A City Green style quilt is what I would make.
I have always planned to make a quilt with black, white, & red because I love that combination, so I'm picturing the Silent Film with a splash of red!
I would pick one color to go with them... like shades of pink :) Or maybe shades of red! These are awesome giveaways!! Thanks so much!
Love this fabric, and I'd sure have to consider making some kind of bargello out of it! I LOVE bargellos!
Oh wow - this is the perfect color combination for the quilt my brother wants! Fantastic.
Would love to pair these up with the red in my stash for a quilt. Thanks for sharing.
I would use these to finally make a couch throw for my friend. These colors plus a punch of red are just her sytle. Thanks for the chance.
Beautiful!!! I hope I win!
Hmmm... I would make something with a log cabin pattern...Perhaps a lap quilt!
Think it would be fun to use as a quilt.
I would use this to tone down my bright quilts a little, so it would suit other members of the family for their Christmas gifts. I do love my bright fabrics :)
These look great ... I am really keen on grey at the moment. Would mix them with prints in red, white and aqua. Not sure what pattern yet.
They always come up with the greatest precut combos! I would combine those with some bright solids and make my first all solid quilt. Thanks for the opportunity to win!=)
I don't know. Maybe omething for our boys?
I just saw a beautiful strip pieced quilt using this palette and I would love to be able to use these to create something just a lovely. Thanks for a chance to win.
I've been collecting black and white fat quarters for a bit now. I want to make a quilt with them, maybe star blocks with a tiny bit of red for Pop! I also want to make a Bow Tucks bag.
Gorgeous grays! carrie dot hare at gmail
I would make a quilt with a bright color to contrast. Thanks.
To be honest I would probably just look at them for a while trying to work out what to do. I use white in nearly everything, ash is a favourite too - but as a collection these are definitely out of my comfort zone! They'd be great to challenge myself!
I recently made a surprise quilt for a friend's sis-in-law with band and album pics of her favourite group, and since then have been planning a similar quilt for my sister. I saw this jelly roll last week, and have been thinking the grey/black would be the perfect palette for that.
I wish I knew what I would use them for. The possibilities are endless. I'm going to have to put on the thinking cap for this one!
I would use the precuts as 'anchor' colors in my quilt. They are great basics that would bring the whole quilt together.
I would totally use these to add some dimension to a wedding quilt I am making for my sister!
i love the colors. So sophisticated. I would love this.
I'm not sure what I would make--maybe something modern or artsy. I think I would like to use the colors as they are and try not to add others in. That would be a challenge for me. Thanks for the giveaway!
Humm... what would I do with them? Good question! I am drawn to the houndstooth quilt pattern, and this woudl be a great start!
As we have lots of color on the walls in our house, these would make great accents - pillows, wallhangings, etc.
I'd use them as part of a tonal quilt for my son who doesn't like anything too "loud".
I'd definitely make a quilt, but I think it would take me a while to figure out what other fabrics I would want to put with this. Thanks for all the awesome giveaways!
My bedroom is black and white. I'd like to make a quilt and pillow. I'd also like to make a purse or bag. Thanks for the giveaway.

Easy question...the daughter got her first apartment at Purdue this year, and those colors would be absolutely perfect in a quilt for the back of her sofa.
I'm not sure what I would make. I've been following the book/blog tour for the book Modern Mix by Jessica Levitt and that has opened my eyes as to what can be done with solids. I would love to challenge myself to make a quilt with these colors. Jessica had some beautiful items in her book.
Thank you for the giveaway and a chance to win.

Wow! Great colors! I'd surely use it in a quilt or a wall hanging decoration with some of my favourite prints.
I'd make V&Co's ruffled pillow!
A B&W quilt!!
I think this is inspiration for me to make my first all solid quilt. I have made quilts for two of my children, but have been struggling to decide what to make for my almost 17 year old son. I think this could be it!
I love solids. I would make a quilt that is in the book "The Modern Quilt source book". A kind of scissor pattern.
I would pair these with some bright colours and/or prints and use the beautiful greys to ground the brights. Maybe int a quilt or some pillows.
mcintosh dot kimberley at gmail to come
I would make a quilt using basic silhouettes of Hollywood icons
I just finished making the P.S. I Quilt postage stamp quilt along in Kona brights and black. It would be fun to now make it with these hues.
Oh I love this set!
My son and his gf just bought their first house. They have painted their bedroom a lovely gray, and are looking at MOM with those "please make us a quilt" eyes!!
These fabrics would be a perfect start for me to make that wish come true!
A very nice quilt or maybe a lot of pillows.
I saw a pattern once for a starry night quilt that I thought was beautiful. It faded from light gray to black, with white french knots in the black to represent the stars. I would LOVE to make one!

I'd definitely make a film strip quilt like this! http://www.flickr.com/photos/whynotquilt/5087494560/
Great fabrics! I'd love to try then. I think I'd mix them in with a layer cake and make a scrappy quilt.
I'd make a striped purse and matching ruffled scarf...thanks!
How my granddaughter would love a quilt of these colors!
How lovely! I'd definitely pair it with a few brights for the pop of color!
I've been wanting to make a tonal zig-zag quilt and I think that the precut roll up would make it so much easier. I'll have to think what to do with the Charm Pack and Ten Square if I win. Thanks for the chance.
Love the Silent Film precuts! I have been wanting the jelly rolls to make a Hugs & Kisses quilt.
I think I would do a lapquilt from this.
rsgrandinetti@yahoo(DOT)com
I love working with black and brights. I have a rainbow quilt that I have set aside that the roll up would work wonderfully with.
I would put it in a basket and just enjoy it's beauty as is! Took me 3 years to finally cut into my first jelly roll!
What an awesome giveaway! Not sure what I'd use them for, though...
holy smokes! that's awesome! seriously greys! love them, would use them for everything!
I would have to make a quilt... I love the shades and tones of Silent Film and would love to make a quilt encompassing all the blocks and strips... oh, that would be a lovely quilt... thanks
These are the colors of my wardrobe!! I don't know exactly what way I'd use these, but would love a chance to play with these side by side!
I love, LOVE, the Kona greys. I'm a little obsessed with them. I want to make some into a quilt for a dear family that just had a baby. Then I'd work a bunch into the halloween themed quilt that I'm gonna make for me :)
I think this would look fab in a chevron zigzag pattern quilt. Or a quilt with silent film and one splash of red.
A quilt with accents of red - my favorite color!
I would use the charm packs(along with additional solid colors) to make fun & whisical Lil Twister quilts!
The strips would be great for quilts using a block with a star design. Include bright colors for that ZING to make the quilt pop!
I'd definitely make a V and Co. faux pleated pillow and a coordinating lap quilt!
What great pre-cuts! I'd have to combine them with a little red and make a quilt. :-) Thanks for the chance!
I would have to mix in hot pink or chartreuse to make a quilt - love those greys to make everything else pop! Thank you for the giveaway!
