Beautiful quilt. June Taylor's shape cut plus ruler. It lets you do different size stripes and shapes. 24Tangent@gmail.com

Love all you patterns! I use the Fiskar ruler/cutter combo. I know it is not really a specialty ruler, but it is so nice to cut my fabric with it. Easy on the hands and wrist. Don't know how I did without it for so long!

Thank you for the chance to win this giveaway. My favorite ruler is the one that works the best for whatever project I am working on at the time!

The ruler I use the most (after using my 6"x24" to cut yardage down to size) is my 3"x18" one. It's small enough to maneuver easily, yet large enough that my fingers feel safe and I feel like I can get a good hold on it so it won't slip. I do use specialty rulers when I have to cut a lot of a shape, but if it's just one or two or a few to make one block, I use the lines on the straight ruler.

I love your patterns and your quilts are amazing. Love the chance to win the pattern book and rulers. Thanks!!

I only have a basic 6" rectangular ruler, which I do love - but I would happily learn to love many others!

My most favorite ruler is the Shape Cut Pro... it makes strips and squares a breeze... as long as they are in multiples of 2.5" anyway. It is still handy for smaller strips, just not as breezy.

My favourite ruler is my 12.5" square ruler. Simple, but essential for making sure your quilt fits together properly. Love it so much.

Favorite rulers? Gosh, I love them all and I believe there are many more great rulers waiting to be introduced, by talented quilters like yourself. Seriously, some people just look at things and figure out how to make things easier. And to me a good ruler helps to increase my productivity, accuracy and quilting fun. Some of us began quilting when we only had scissors (omg - amazing we stuck with it).

Oh My gosh - I am so excited to find this give away. I saw this quilt on the last giveaway I visited and have been shopping for the pattern for the last half hour (trying to find an affordable way to get it in Australia). I got the 2 rulers for my birthday and was so excited to see such a beautiful quilt to make using them. If I win I will give my spare rulers to my sister (who was planning to borrow mine often (thank goodness we only live 30 minutes apart). My favourite ruler is the Hex and More Ruler... I am a bit hexagon and diamond addicted.

I do like the creative grids rulers. They are very clear to see the markings.

My all time favorite ruler is the EZ Angle because I can make any size half square triangle without cutting odd strip or square sizes. I'd love to try working with your rulers.

I haven't used a lot of fancy rulers. The ruler I use and like the most is my 6-1/2 inch square to square up blocks. Thanks for the chance to win a great giveaway!

I love my regular 6.5x24 ruler, though I recently purchased a Hex N More ruler (that I'm yet to remove from its packaging!). Love the Gravity quilt!

I love my square rulers!

I am new to quilting and have only used the ruler that came with my cutting mat but I have become more curious about specialty rulers. I am following you via Instagram (cher277). dawnm1993(at)gmail(dot)com

I am fascinated by your rulers and your work. I don't have any fancy shape rulers but I like my 16" square ruler for squaring up the corners of my finished quilt tops.

I don't have a favorite, but I'm thinking that hex n more could easily become a favorite!

I'd be lost without my trusty 6.5" square!

I'm not a huge ruler person but I have a new one that is about 4" x 12" and it is a great size. I have heard great things about your rulers!

So I hate to admit that I don't really use rulers! I would love to try it. I typicaly stick with squares and triangles. I have been following your blog for quite some time and I appreciate your aesthetic. Congrats on your marriage and I'm looking forward to watching you work out your art with little ones. I hope I wil your ruler so I can try it out.

I use the 6" x 24" ruler ever time I sew. I wouldn't want to live without it!

Awesome giveaway! I have only regular rulers, so I would love to win to try those!

I haven't branched out much yet. A 6.5x24 omnigrid was one of the first I bought and is still the most used.

I love my 15x15, didn't know I needed until until I saw someone working with large span of fabric.

QSR from sew wonderful. Makes me look so talented.

I haven't used any fancy ones yet! Just a standard rectangular one and a square one. Someday I hope to try something a bit more complicated!

I have an Omnigrid 3 x 18" ruler that I love. Also the O'Lipfa Lip Edge Ruler (5 x 24") is great for helping keep the ruler straight on the cutting pad. Thanks for the chance!

Thanks for the chance!
Honestly I guess my favorite ruler is my 6/5" x 24" - it definitely gets the most use!

I mostly use my 6x24 straight ruler, but I would love to expand my collection.

I've never used a specialty ruler - I just have a basic straight one.

Not to suck up but I do love your hex'n'more ruler! I could use a super sidekick, I have resorted to drawing lines on it in sharpie to cut bigger triangles!

Thanks for a fabulous giveaway! I think my favorite ruler is the add a 1/4 ruler (though I don't own one just yet).

I have a really generic ruler that I use for everything! I want to buy more specialty rulers but haven't gotten brave enough to start trying them out yet.

Great prize. I've not used too many specialty rulers yet

Other than the standard ruler for rotary cutting, I haven't used any rulers. I'm excited to give this one a try!

At the moment the only 'speciality' ruler that I have is the Bloc Loc but I've heard such good things about yours x

Katherine said...

The only ruler I usually use is 6 x 24 inches, so I guess that one is my favorite, but I'd like to try a new one. Thanks for the giveaway!
