The Hex N More is a new ruler that I have developed.
What makes this ruler special is that it can cut 4 shapes in 4 sizes!!
The ruler comes with FULL COLOR instructions, including cutting and piecing diagrams, just like all Jaybird Quilts books & patterns. All of the pieces can be rotary cut from strips.
Here’s a video tutorial on how to use the ruler.
I currently have 17 Patterns & 4 Block of the Month Books that feature the Hex N More ruler!

The ruler and patterns are available now. Check my Where to Buy page for availability or ask for Jaybird Quilts products at your local quilt shop.
In the USA!
I could have sourced it out of the country and saved money, but it was important to me to produce it in the US. All of my books & patterns are also printed in the USA.
Full color instructions are included with each ruler. Below are links to step by step photo tutorials on how to cut each shape. You can also view the video above for more information.

I bought one but it isn't in my hands yet.
I sent it to my sister-in-law who lives in Canada and she will bring it when she comes on November the 11th
I'm so happy for having it and I wonder if I could learn to use it correctly...
Big hug for you!
Can this be used in place of the triangle ruler in the hexagon quilt along? Thanks
I loved using it for the first time. I got mine at Blasdell Viking Sewing Gallery in NY here is the first block we made with it. http://openbeauty.blogspot.com/2013/03/an-eventful-and-productive-wonderfully.html
What a fantastic tool! I would love to have one so time to save up for it!
Love Hexie quilts! I'd make a quilt with this tool if I had one! Love that it uses Jelly Rolls!
HexNMore is among the best, if not the best and most fun, ruler for quilt making. I love using geometric shapes in my quilts and this great ruler, along with the SideKick, and their little companions help make piecing and quilt making easier and even more fun.
You can make great wonky quilts, too, with many of the different shapes all put together, because when you use the HexNMore, all thé suspens fit perfectly together.
Julie, this is a great tool that you created!
Can I use this in place of the triangle ruler for the Jaybird Ballerina quilt pattern?

I am waiting for delivery of my Hex N More ruler from my local store. Can the Disco Quilt pattern be made from a jelly roll?

So I bought the mini, I just cut the jewel and sew?
What a wonderful tool. It would save a lot of time.
Do I need to trim off all corners of the triangle shape or just one of the three?
