Well the strips are laying on my machine and I've ordered "that" ruler. Should be here in a day or two so my hexies can get into the pool and play too!
Pure eye candy! Your making me want to make some, but I'm in the middle of moving :-( boo. My jelly rolls are all packed up too. Might need to unpack some. Now I wishing I had gotten me a Neptune jelly roll.

Oh man, it's coming along! It's fun to see the same pattern in so many different fabrics all at once.
Oh, yes! I have been admiring these beauties! I am determined that tonight is the night for me to get started! If only we didn't have to have dinner EVERY night! It really gets in the way of my after work sewing. Sheesh!
Fun! Personally, I like those hexagons a lot more than the little ones that are pieced together. I know those are very popular, too, though. I love the fabrics in the first picture especially.
I've paired up my strips, but have yet to sew them. I am expecting my ruler to arrive tomorrow so i can sew & cut. Thanks for hosting this!

Oooh, so wonderful. Loving this way of making hexagons. Going to have to give this a try. I am wanting one of those 60 Degree Double-Strip Rulers by Creative Grids. Definitely my next purchase. Thanks Julie for introducing me to this great tool.

These all look great! Really wish I could participate in this, but it just can't happen for me right now. I'm definitely following along, though and may try this at a later point.
I am loving this so much! I have two sets made and cut out... they are like potato chips... can't do just one.
They are very kool! I am interedted in seeing how to sew them together, then how to join the hexagons.

I like these hexes waaaaay better than the little ones. Although the little ones ARE handy for a take-along project.
