thank you for all the nice comments..
but sick + sewing = this...
and maybe if it was just for me.. i wouldn't have fixed it..
but it is a shop sample.. so i had to
the stitches came out...
and now comes putting it back in...
so lesson learned is...
sick+sewing+talking to rachel on the phone = a mess!
{yeah i didn't tell you all that part yesterday... i heart rachel... and we talk alot... but i probably should stop trying to multi-task.. especially when sick!!}
oh and i'm on twitter... but i came across this.. and it cracked me up.

Glad it is fixed. I tend to make mistakes when talking on the phone and trying to sew too!
Great work it looks lovely !
Totally didn't see it. Sorry you had to fix it but at least you caught the oops and it's all corrected BEFORE you quilted it or totally finished the top.
Oh man! I couldn't see the mistake when you posted about it - but up close - well - oops!! Glad you caught it! Hope you're feeling better?!

I think the quilt is turning out great! Hope you are feeling better. I'm on twittter too, but I'd blog over twitter anyday!
Yikes! And hmmm....Rachel's been sick...you've been sick...GERMS THROUGH THE PHONE! Run For The Hills!!! I NEED that bumper sticker!!!
Argh so frustrating! Glad you got it fixed but it looks so tedious!
Well, okay, now that I see the close-up, I would have fixed it, too. =)
We are also sick! Hope you feel better because you did better than me!
Glad that you were able to fix it...it must have been so frustrating!

Fabulous looking quilt. I do enjoy reading your blog. And now, as tactfully as I can, may I say that it still does not match the other center blocks (though that may be how the pattern is...) It doesn't create the same white space design..

Hope you soon be all better
