Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks Volume 8 - Blog Tour

Welcome to the Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks Volume 8 Blog Tour!

--
My block is #782 and it is called Fall in Line.

It all started with a mini charm pack of Architextures by Carolyn Friedlander for Robert Kaufman.

I added in a few Kona solids & my block was born.

Here are a few quilt ideas with Fall in Line.

    ReplyDelete

  21. I think I would use some of my collection of batik fabrics. I like the contrast between the neutrals & the brights...very nice!

    ReplyDelete
  22. this would be fun using light batiks - it's a great block and has a ton of potential. I could also see reversing it - using darker scraps for the pieced strips and lighter colors for the single-pieced strips.

    ReplyDelete
  23. The Architextures is really cool. I might also try it with Ecclectic Elements for a more masculine look. This is a block I think my hubby would love!

  26. I love the mini charm packs, any would do for me!

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  35. I use alot of scrappy quilts- so a rainbow of colors would be my choice

    ReplyDelete
  36. I would make it with Barcelona so I'd have an excuse to go buy some!
