Home at Last

I'm excited to share a very special quilt with you today.  I made "Come Home" earlier this year in May.  At that time moving across the country was a "maybe one day" and not something I thought would happen this year.  Fast forward to now... I moved across the country & during the move found out that my quilt would be published in Quilts & More Magazine and was to be re-named "Home at Last."  The name couldn't be better.  {I'll be honest I got kinda emotional when I saw the name change.}

Imagine my excitement when I later found out that my quilt made the cover!

Pattern - Home at Last {Come Home}
Designed & Quilted by me
Started on 5/18/11
Finished on 6/6/11
Quilt measures - 38 1/2" x 48"

My old label... with my old address.
At least my email/url/phone# haven't changed.

Yardage wasn't yet available of Hometown so I backed the quilt in fabric from Pure.

These were some of the last photos I took in our old kitchen back in PA.

 I'm looking forward to this quilt coming home & hanging it on the wall in our new home in CA.

Bias stripe binding... my favorite!

I have a limited number of copies of the Winter 2011 Quilts & More issue in my shop.
They are already sold out.
I'm working to see if I can get more... If I can I'll post about it to let you know!

Bonus!
From 11/3 to 11/10 each order for this magazine placed in my shop will also receive a Jaybird Quilts Pattern as a bonus! The pattern will be chosen at random.

edit:
Shipping is currently an option for USA, Canada, & Australia.
