miranda day bag


and..
i'll be teaching it!
Saturday, June 19 & 26, 2:00pm-4:00pm



i used laura gunn's poppy collection with an anna maria horner lining from good folks



i really do love this pattern
if you have not tried a bag pattern from lazy girl designs
you are missing out
they are very very well written
with color photos!

i made this mini miranda almost a year ago...

and i made this one in early 2008

  7. I have this pattern too - the first bag I ever made!

    I have one finished bag, plus two that just need handles.

    Also, I spent the day recruiting my friend to quilting - helped her pick out fabric for a learn to quilt class, and I'm going to help her make a miranda day bag too.

  12. I've always thought the Miranda bag pattern looked great, but it really looks wonderful in the Laura Gunn fabric. That is such great fabric! Your bag looks wonderful.

  15. I made a Miranda day bag. I've never used it. LOL! I want to make a mini Miranda too. Haven't gotten around to doing that yet. But I love LGD patterns. They are so easy to follow. I wish all patterns were like that!
