ReplyDeleteWe don't get a real autumn here in the Phoenix area, although it's still my favorite season because of the sweet relief of double-digit highs. 91 degrees never felt so good!

ReplyDeleteSpring is definitely my favourite season... After the long, dark and cold days of winter the blossoms on the trees are such a welcome sign of warmer weather to come! I love how the garden very quickly springs to life with new leaves and buds. I especially love th poppies and tulips in bloom. Beautiful! Spring is warm, but not too hot - it's just right :)

I love all seasons!
Every one gets what they like:
1. I love summer, because it's my birthday, I have holidays at the beach (I'm from Portugal and beach is 5 minutes away from home eheheh) and we get to wear really colourful and sassy clothes.
2. I love autumm because after so many months of good weather I kind of miss cold. I love to stay at home, under the duvet, or watching tv with a cup of hot chocolate.
3. I love winter because of christmas. I just loooove christmas and the lights and the presents! ehehehe Also, here we have these great winter days when it's really cold (10º c is cold for me) but it's sunny. I love it!
4. then I love spring, because of course everyone loves spring and the flowers and everything coming to life again. it's like new beginnings. new beginnings are always the best!
so I'm sorry, but I really can't decide my favourite season...
Oh and I'm now a follower and I've posted about you and I've put your blog in my blogroll. I just don't do twitter... but hey you can't say that I haven't tried!
ReplyDeleteEvery year I think Spring is my favourite season as we move away from the cold dark damp days of Winter & rejoice in the fresh growth & greenness of everything. Then Summer arrives & I think this is my favourite season as I love the warmth & the washing drying ouside. As we move into Autumn I think this is my favourite season & enjoy the changing colours. As Autumn turns to Winter I think this is my favourite season so we can light the fire & play family games.

Christmas is coming and my daughter would love this!! and she has had it rough, poor thing just had surgery last week on her tongue. she is doing better. when she went, she brought her blanket mommy made her. i wish i could join the fig tree club, but due to finances i cannot at this time, maybe next year. those goodies sure are cute, good luck to whomever wins them, i am so jealous!! have you heard from rachel? i thought she would be back online by now. i gotta call her.

I'm torn between spring and fall. Spring was always may favorite because of getting the garden ready for summer and being able to get out of the house after a long winter. I've really started to like fall though. I was married last fall so I've had to embrace it, even though it means winter is around the corner.

ReplyDeleteWhile I love the changing of all seasons, my fave is Winter. In GA we don't get a long one, but inbetween the spring like days and cold nights we get some really cold, or icy days. It's quiet and a great time to catch up on projects and slow down to reflect on your life. It's so peaceful during a time when there's no holidays, just daily life.

ReplyDeleteFavorite season...hmmm. Well, since I live in San Diego we don't get 'real' seasons, or at least not too extremely. I used to love Summer the best but that was when I was in school....now I think it is Winter. You get to bundle up (for us anyway), sit by a fire, and the holidays are wonderful for me. So Winter it is. But I love the Spring fabric!!!!

I am on an island off the north of Scotland, so naturally my favourite season is summer. No howling gales, no freezing cold days, no torrential rain, no dreich, grey days - just long, bright sunny days, with endless, empt, sandy beaches, gentle surf and the seals playing in the bay. There are only two hours of darkness and there is little wind. Roll on summer!!

Of course, this spring we had a 90 degree day in April here in Maine (twenty years ago when I was a kid the snow was just STARTING to melt come April vacation.) Here in the states my birthday is in Fall and although I love how pretty it is- I still love spring. In the states I love the way everything comes to life in Spring.

ReplyDeleteI love the beautiful leaves and crisp weather of autumn. Spring is pretty ugly up here, with the melting snow and puddles of mud.

Our summers aren't that great usually, and our leaves don't turn that gorgeous red color, and our winters are so long!! Spring just makes me happy, when the sun is out and snow is melthing, even though it's not super hot...Thanks for the chance at a fantastic giveaway!!
