Fall 2013 Quilt Market - Recap #2 - The Tula Pink Edition

I adore Tula Pink's fabric collections in a way that many may think is obsession. I'm OK with that. Her fabric designs are amazing and I love creating quilts with them.

I frequently over photograph her Quilt Market booths.
Tula Pink - Spring 2012 - The Birds & The Bees, Nightshade
Tula Pink - Spring 2013 - Acacia

This time was no exception. At this past Fall 2013 Quilt Market Tula Pink debuted her Fox Field collection.

Tula Pink's booth. I wanted to take it all home with me.

I made this Disco quilt for the Westminster booth.

I loved this little graphic on the floor that called out Tula's Instagram Hashtag.

Tula made my Night Sky quilt for her booth! I checked with Tula and she said that she used "Manatee" as the grey background.

Detail of Night Sky. This quilt and all of Tula's quilts were quilted by Angela Walters.

It was hard to not steal the Night Sky quilt that Tula made. Instead I'll just have to make a matching one for myself!!

More market recap to come in a few days!

Wow, Julie! I like the Tula Pink fabrics you used for your quilt market quilts. But no matter whose fabrics you use in your quilts, they are always wonderful! I like your new patterns and thank you for sharing pictures of them at market ~ they are truly amazing!

Thank you for this great recap!! Love the picture where you're holding your beautiful Night Sky pattern quilted by Tula.
I'm also a Tula Pink obsessed and I'm very happy with that. I LOVE her fabrics and quilts as much as her personality. To me she is one of the truly great artists in the quilting world.

Thanks for an in-depth look at the Tula Pink booth. How exciting it must have been to see that she made your quilt design, and how pretty it looked.
